The Dentist Is Coming To School!
ALL STUDENTS IN KINDERGARTEN, 2nd, 6th and 9th GRADES
ARE REQUIRED
BY THE STATE OF ILLINOIS TO HAVE A DENTAL EXAM
● Miles of Smiles, a mobile dentist company, will be visiting our school on March 18, 2026.
● Click on the link and Complete the attached form to participate in this program.
● ALL STUDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SERVICES. Please provide policy information if you have private dental insurance or a medical card so your insurance can be billed. No student will be turned away.
● If your student is in Pre-K, 1st or 5th grades, this will fulfill their dental requirement for next school year.
● If you have any questions or concerns, please call one of the school nurses at 488-6054 ext. 503 or 488-6012 ext. 232.
